Derby City Seal Company, LLC was formed in 2019, in the beautiful city of Louisville, KY. Our mission is to assist you with your sealing needs, and to provide you with the best and most cost effective seal for your application.

Our company can assist you with material selection, and with the mechanical design of the seal and/or groove dimensions, to help prevent leaks and maximize the life of the seal. We bring years of seal experience to the table, including O-rings, X-rings, gaskets, custom molded shapes, extruded shapes, and rubber-to-metal overmold seals. We have also worked in a wide range of industries, including, but not limited to:

• Automotive (synthetic engine oils, gasoline, diesel, flex fuel, biodiesel, DEF, transmission fluid, brake fluid)

• Heavy Duty (construction and agricultural equipment)

• Aerospace and Defense (jet fuel, hydraulic oil, skydrol, MIL/AERO specifications)

• Medical (Including USP Class VI)

• Food and Beverage (FDA, NSF 61)

• Semiconductor (High purity seals for wafer manufacture, plasma and etch resistance).
